  1. Eligibility: Contest (the “Contest ”) is open only to those who sign up at the online Contest page and who are twenty-one years of age (21 years old) as of the date of entry. The winner must provide proof of age through a government-issued, valid form of identification. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States (void to individuals living in the states of Florida and New York) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (AAMIL) d/b/a Law Tigers (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This contest is for Utah residents only

 

All awarding of prizes will be done in strict accordance with federal, state and local laws. The winner is responsible for taxes, fees, installations costs and other expenses due to the awarding of said prizes above.   1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by the Contest Rules, (See Attached official rules) and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of
    the sponsors, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

  2. Contest Period: Entries/Qualification will be accepted online and over radio advertising starting on or about March 1st 2022 and ending on or about May 1st, 2022. All online entries must be received by May 1st, 2022 11:59PM Utah Time.

  2. How to Enter: (1) The Contestant must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this Contest site. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsors. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsors.

                                    (2) The Contestant May also enter by qualifying thru radio station promotions, (said rules and regulations of stations contest will be determined by said station) Each station will be granted to award one contestant.

 

  1. Prizes:

 

Grand prize: The final contestant with their hand remain will win a 2020 Harley Davison Livewire

  • Total value: $ 29,000

 

There will be a total of (10) Contestants.

 

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.

 

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (AAMIL) d/b/a Law Tigers and co-sponsors to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

This prize package is for the following dates as part of the Grab The Livewire Challenge. The dates for this package are the following: March 1st, 2022 through May 14th, 2022. The prize package is only valid during the dates listed above.

The winner(s) will be required to complete a W-9 to supply Sponsor with the necessary information for tax reporting purposes. This will only if the fair market value of the prize exceeds $600 U.S. dollars and the winner(s) will receive a 1099 from Sponsor at the end of the current tax year. This information will be supplied to the United States Internal Revenue Service, but only (as stated above) if the fair market value of the prize(s) exceeds $600 U.S. dollars.


  1. Odds:
    The odds of qualifying will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

                 The odds of winning the grand prize will be 1 in 10.

  1. Winner selection and notification: Five (5) Winners of the Contest will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor (Law Tigers). Two (2) winners will be selected at random by Sponsor (Timpanogos Harley-Davidson) at sponsor discretion. Three (3) winners will be selected at random by partner Radio station at their discretion.

Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Contest with within one (1) days following the winner selection. Sponsors shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours from first attempt to contact by Sponsor from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that Sponsors, anyone acting on behalf of American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (AAMIL) d/b/a Law Tigers and other co-sponsors, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Contest , and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

Terms: American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (AAMIL) d/b/a Law Tigers (as the main sponsor) reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsors may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsors. American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (AAMIL) d/b/a Law Tigers reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Sponsors has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.

 

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (AAMIL) d/b/a Law Tigers reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND ARIZONA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Arizona having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

The (“competitor”) who holds their hand on the Motorcycle the longest without breaching the rules set below wins the (“prize”) and will be the winner.

The (“competitor”) will be required to place one hand on the (“prize”)

Competition Prize: 2020 Harley Davidson Livewire…. Further regarded as (“prize”).

Competition Date and Time

May 6th, 2022, to Saturday May 14th, 2022

Competition will commence at 10am sharp. Competition will conclude when only one (“competitor”) remains with their hand on the (“prize”). Or by Saturday May 14th, 2022

At 2pm with the (“organizers”) predetermined tie breaker.

Competition Location (“location”).

Timpanogos Harley-Davidson. (555 S Geneva Rd, Lindon, UT 84042)

The location is determined and defined by the (“organizers”).

Competition Judges (“Judge”).

Any person(s) that the (“organizers”) select to monitor the (“competition”).

Competition Rules (“Rules”).

  1. You must be over 21 years of age and you must provide a suitable ID
  2. You must have been selected as a competitor from the registration process outlined in the Terms and Conditions (see attached) Prior to May 1st, 2022, 11:59PM Arizona Time.
  3. (“competitor”) must attend the contest briefing at 5:00 pm sharp on Thursday, May 5th at (“competition”) (“location”). If you are not present when your name is called out, you will not be eligible to enter the (“competition”).
  4. The (“competition”) will be held outside/inside rain, hail, snow or shine.
  5. The (“competition”) will run continuously until the last person remains.
  6. You must hold one bare hand on the (“prize”) at all times in your allocated position or you will be disqualified by one of our judges.
  7. (“competitor”) cannot affix their hand to the (“prize”) in any way.
  8. (“competitor”) will be provided access to a power outlet to utilize one’s mobile devices i.e., cell phone, tablet, laptop. Or other electronic devices approved by (“organizers”)
  9. (“competitor”) must stand at all times during the (“competition”).
  10. Only clothing to be worn during the (“competition”) – No tents, sleeping bags, umbrellas, or any other item the (“organizers”) deem inappropriate. Unless said items are provided by (“organizers”) or proved by (“organizers”).
  11. (“competitor”) will be given one 15-minute break every 4 hours.
  12. (“competitor”) are not to leave the (“competition”) (“location”) during the break or they will be disqualified.
  13. (“competitor”) must return promptly to their allocated position on the (“prize”) at the end of each 15-minute break or they will be disqualified.
  14. (“competitor”) can have the moral support of family or friends during the break.
  15. (“competitor”) will not harass or interfere with any other (“competitor”) or they will be disqualified.
  16. No spectator will harass or interfere with any (“competitor”) or they will be removed from the (“location”).
  17. All (“competitor”) agree to allow the use of their image, name, and likeness used in any marketing before, during, and after the (“competition”) ends by the (“organizers”) and their respective partners.
  18. The (“organizers”) can amend or change the (“Rules”) at any time without correspondence being entered.
  19. Only a (“Judge”) or the (“organizers”) can disqualify a (“competitor”).
  20. The (“Judge”) decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
  21. (“prize”) cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for anything else.
  22. No negotiations or collaboration pertaining to the (“prize”) among participating(“competitor”) will be permitted and may not be shared with any other (“competitor”), nor may any (“competitor”) promote any business, individual or sponsor not associated to the (“organizers”).
  1. Any (“competitor”) who displays symptoms of being unwell or is suffering any condition that may impact on their own health, or the health of other (“competitors”) may for health and/or safety reasons, following consultation by the (“Judge”) or with a health professional, the participating (“competitor”) will be subject to disqualification.

 

  1. Participants (“competitor”) must keep themselves and their spaces clean, sanitary, and orderly at all times.

 

  1. Any inappropriate behavior by anyone (“competitor”) will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification deemed by the (“Judge”).

 

  1. Visitation with participating (“competitor”) by any family or associates will be permitted during the (“competition”).

 

  1. No visitors, family, associates, or supporters are permitted inside the roped-off area around the motorcycle and the (“competitor”)

 

  1. There will be no smoking at the (“location”).

 

  1. No consumption of alcoholic beverages will be permitted at the (“location”).

 

  1. No consumption of any illicit drugs will be permitted at the (“location”).

 

  1. No electronic devices including iPods or listening devices, reading, writing, or drawing materials will be permitted at the (“location”).

 

  1. Any damage to the (“organizers”) property or sponsor property by any (“competitor”) will result in disqualification. The (“competitor”) will also be financially liable for all damages

 

  1. Employees of the (“organizers/sponsors”) and any other affiliates or subsidiaries of their immediate families may not participate in the (“competition”) and are ineligible to win the (“prize”)
  2.  
  1. All decisions by the (“organizers”) regarding the contest including but not limited to, winner selection, disposition of a (“prize”), application and interpretation of rules, resolution of any dispute, contest eligibility are FINAL and not subject to appeal.
